Carrot Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. soy flour
1 c. peanuts, chopped
2 c. carrots, grated
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. condensed tomato soup
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Add small amount of milk to flour; blend until smooth. Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes in loaf or 30 minutes in muffin tins.
Serves 8.
