Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour (may use cornstarch)
2 whole eggs, beaten
1 pie shell, baked
1 pt. strawberries, sliced

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Add milk and beaten eggs.
Cook until very thick, about 10 minutes.
Pour a thin covering of mixture over baked pie shell.
Place strawberries on top and add remaining mixture.
Top with whipped cream.
