Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 yeast cake
    1 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, well beaten
    6 c. flour (about)
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, water, sugar and yeast.
    Let rise in warm place overnight.
    In the morning, add melted butter, eggs and flour to make a very soft dough.
    Form into balls the size of walnuts by rolling dough in hands.
    Keep hands well buttered to prevent sticking.
    Place close together in a well-greased shallow pan.
    Place in oven at 200\u00b0 for just 1 minute, just enough to warm oven.
    Let rise 2 hours, then bake 2 hours and 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
