Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 egg, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped black walnuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sift together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add eggs and salad oil, stirring by hand until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not use electric mixer.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple and nuts.
    Finally, add bananas.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool.
