Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    2 large pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Keep cream cheese at room temperature.
    Put cream cheese, sugar and eggs in a bowl; blend until very creamy.
    Place a vanilla wafer with round part facing up.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each vanilla wafer.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    May put cherry on top.
