Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter (not oleo)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 c. sifted enriched flour
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla and water.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Add pecans and make into rolls 1 1/2-inches long and about 1/2-inch in diameter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar when slightly cooled.
