Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation
    Place roast in pan. Sprinkle soup mix on roast. Mix mushroom soup with water and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
