Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. beet liquid
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. cooked beets
Preparation
    Cook together first 5 ingredients until thickened.
    Add cooked beets and 2 tablespoons margarine.
