Pineapple Shrimp In Croustades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 lb. cooked, shelled shrimp
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of hot sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. sherry
    1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
    patty shells
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add shrimp until coated.
    Sprinkle with cornstarch, stirring until well blended.
    Add seasonings.
    Stir in cream slowly.
    Heat, stirring until mixture bubbles and thickens. Stir in sour cream slowly.
    Add sherry.
    Drain pineapple and gently stir into mixture.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve in patty shells.
