Joan'S Four Star Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken wings
    fresh ginger, diced
    fresh garlic, diced
    equal parts: dry sherry and soy sauce
Preparation
    Place chicken wings in baking pan in one layer.
    Sprinkle generously with fresh ginger and garlic.
    Cover with equal parts of dry sherry and soy sauce.
    Cover; marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake chicken wings, uncovered, for 1 hour.
