Cream Cheese Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water; set aside to cool. Gradually add 2 cups sugar, beating well. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir melted chocolate into butter mixture. Add flour, salt, nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla, stirring well. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan; set aside.
