Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 can small kernel white corn
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
shredded cheese
Cheddar or extra sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut peppers in half.
Clean.
Boil until tender (4 to 5 minutes).
Brown beef.
Add seasoning.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, onion and corn.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Drain.
Fill peppers with mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts.
