Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar until foamy.
    Add zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients and add to the liquid, beating well.
    Add nuts and seeds.
    Divide batter into two greased and floured loaf pans (1 pound size).
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    This bread will freeze well.
