Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Microwave on High, oleo, flour, milk, egg, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Stir every 2 minutes until thick.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Microwave for a few seconds, if needed to melt cheese. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and refrigerate.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
