Artichoke Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 pt. oysters
    1 stick butter
    1/8 c. olive oil
    1 bunch shallots
    grated Italian cheese to taste
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute shallots and onion in butter and olive oil.
    Add mushroom soup, cream and water.
    Break artichoke hearts.
    Add juice.
    Chop oysters.
    Add juice, Italian cheese, salt and pepper.
    Simmer about 30 minutes and let stand another 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
