Creole Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes or 1 pt.
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger and drain fat.
Then add the onion and green pepper and cook for a few minutes longer.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the hamburger, onion and pepper.
Put in covered casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
