Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and salt.
    Let cook until tender; drain well and mash.
    When mashed, add next 4 ingredients, then melt oleo and stir in crumbs until coated well.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with 3/4 of the crumbs.
    Pour squash mixture over these, then add the remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
