Ingredients

2 qt. apple cider
1 qt. lemon sherbet
1 (10 oz.) bottle lemon lime carbonated beverage
sprigs of mint
Preparation

Pour the chilled cider over the sherbet which has been spooned into a punch bowl.
Just before serving pour the carbonated beverage in gently.
Garnish with sprigs of mint.
Makes 12 servings.
