Quick Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn (may use canned)
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. turmeric (ground)
    1 Tbsp. chopped canned pimiento
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except pimiento, in pan and mix well. Heat thoroughly.
    Add pimiento.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Makes about 2 cups.
