Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
