Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. pears
    6 large white onions
    4 large red bell peppers
    5 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. whole pickling spice
    2 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Cut pears small. Grind onions and peppers then combine all ingredients. Bring to boiling point and cook 30 minutes or until mixture is thick as desired. Seal in clean jars while hot.
