Speedy Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken (skinless), cut into 1-inch strips
    10 Brussels sprouts, cut in half
    2 (19 oz.) cans lentil soup
    1 c. fresh baby cut carrots
    1 c. garlic-flavored bagel chips or croutons, if desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except bagel chips in Dutch oven.
    Heat to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center and vegetables are tender.
    Top with bagel chips.
    Yields 4.
