Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Flake salmon and combine other ingredients.
    Blend well. Chill 1 hour.
    Shape into patties and dip into extra stuffing mix. Fry in oil until golden brown.
