Sopa De Ajo Blanco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic
    10 almonds, blanched and toasted
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 slices white bread, torn into small cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. clear chicken broth (canned okay)
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 c. white grapes, seeded
Preparation
    Crush garlic.
    Be sure all bits of skin have been removed. Crush the almonds in a blender or with a mortar and pestle. (Calorie and cholesterol conscious may use 1 heaping tablespoonful crushed Grape-Nuts.)
