Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 pkg. diced stew meat
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. flour
    2 to 4 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 to 2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    salt, pepper and garlic
    rice
Preparation
    Put 1/4 cup oil in skillet; brown meat.
    Add flour and transfer into large pot.
    Add green chilies, stewed tomatoes (jalapenos or Ro-Tel if you want it hot) and salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Cook over low heat until done.
    Serve over rice or whatever or nothing at all.
