Italian Casserole(Serves 8 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Set aside.
