Pineapple Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 egg
3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. each: vanilla, coconut extract and lemon juice
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
Preparation

Drain all juice into blender.
Add all ingredients except the pineapple to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Put pineapple into 9-inch pie plate or baking dish to form crust. Pour blended mixture over pineapple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
