Coleslaw With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage (about 1 lb.)
2 medium sized carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Shred cabbage.
Pare and shred carrots.
Mix drained pineapple and lemon juice in a large bowl.
Combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, garlic salt and pepper.
Add pineapple and lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Makes 6 servings.
