Duxbury Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries, washed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 large jar None Such mincemeat
Preparation

Combine cranberries, sugar and water in saucepan.
Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in mincemeat.
Cool.
Put in pie shell.
Cover with lattice work or strips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until juices bubble, about 35 to 45 minutes.
Delicious at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
