Quick Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    red of green peppers, sliced (for color; optional)
Preparation
    Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
    Mix all vegetables.
    Pour salad dressing, 1 cup at a time, until all vegetables are covered.
    Refrigerate in an airtight container for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
