Sunday Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 cans either cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    6 pork chops
Preparation
    Mix together rice, soup and milk and pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
    Lay the pork chops on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
