Peanut Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. margarine (Parkay)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey's Kisses

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except Kisses. Mix on low speed until dough forms. Shape into small balls. Roll into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and top with \"Kiss\" immediately. Press down firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
Keep dough in refrigerator in order to roll into balls easily.
