Creamy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks slightly.
    Add sugar and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add milk.
    Cook in iron skillet until thick.
    Add coconut, oleo and flavoring.
    Put in baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and sprinkle with coconut.
    Brown.
