Quickie Strawberry "Shortcut" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag miniature marshmallows
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry flavored gelatin

Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Spread marshmallows over the bottom.
Mix cake according to box directions.
Spread carefully over marshmallows.
Stir dry gelatin into strawberries until dissolved.
Spoon over cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until cake tests done.
Serve warm or cool, topped with whipped cream, if desired.
