Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 cup lukewarm water
    1 cup mashed potatoes (instant ok)
    2/3 cup Crisco
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup scalded milk
    2 eggs
    Flour (all-purpose)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and add a pinch of sugar.
    Set aside. Mix thoroughly mashed potatoes, shortening, sugar, salt and scalded milk.
    Let mixture cool to lukewarm then add eggs and yeast mixture.
    Stir in enough flour to make a good kneadable dough.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Put in a large greased bowl.\tTurn dough over to coat top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Pinch dough off to form balls.
    Place in greased muffin tins using 2 balls each.
    Let raise until double.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
