Healthy Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey (no skin)
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. ground basil
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    nonstick cooking spray (to spray skillet)
Preparation
    In medium size bowl, mix turkey and all of the ingredients in order.
    Form into two large patties on aluminum foil and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
