Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 c. grated zucchini (don't peel)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix in order.
    Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
