Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (heavy syrup)
3 1/2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping, thawed
1 c. dry-roasted peanuts, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Drain pineapple; save juice. Toss apples in juice and drain well. Combine apples, pineapple and peanuts and set aside. Combine sugar, flour, vinegar and whipped topping. Toss with apple mixture. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts and chill.
