Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped fresh apples
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or English walnuts)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with Wesson oil and sugar until creamy.
    Mix together dry ingredients; add fresh apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix with egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
