Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cans tomato sauce
    2 small cans tomato paste
    4 carrots, diced fine
    2 stalks celery, diced fine
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. water (or more depending on how thick you want sauce)
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil until onion is clear.
    Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and water.
    Simmer for about 15 minutes; add remaining ingredients and simmer about an hour.
    This sauce only has about 3 grams of fat per serving.
