Snappy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Danish Blue cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. sweet sherry or Port wine
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated onion
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Blend cheeses.
    Add wine, nuts, onion and parsley; mix well. Chill and then shape into 4 balls.
    Can be frozen.
