Pasta Italiano Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. (4 oz.) noodles, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until tender.
    Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Combine noodles and parsley; toss lightly.
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese and eggs; mix well. Layer noodles and meat sauce in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
