Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix margarine and shortening on medium speed until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and whip on high until light and fluffy. Frosts two 9-inch round, one 9 x 13-inch or 2 1/2 dozen cup cakes.
