Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cooked fettucine
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    chopped parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Scald the cream in a saute pan.
    Do not allow to boil or it will curdle.
    Add egg yolk and whip in thoroughly.
    Add fettucine and grated cheese; mix well.
    Season to taste with pepper; serve with chopped parsley for color, while piping hot.
