Lobster Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked lobster
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together, mixing thoroughly.
    Chill and form into bite-size balls.
    Keep well chilled until party time. Stick a thin 2-inch pretzel into each ball for an edible handle when ready to serve.
    Yields 25 to 30 balls.
