Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 (5 oz.) can ham
    2 c. mayonnaise
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Bake corn bread mix as directed on package.
    Cool and crumble. Add green pepper, tomatoes, onion, beans and ham.
    Toss (do not stir) with mayonnaise.
    Top with cheese.
