Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 chopped onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. rice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil.
Brown ground beef.
Add rest of ingredients.
Let boil for 3 minutes, then simmer, covered for 25 minutes.
