Weight Watchers Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cubes beef bouillon and 6 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    several large carrots, sliced
    2 or 3 bay leaves
    4 or 5 zucchini, cubed
    4 or 5 summer squash, cubed
    1 can regular cut green beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
    1 can tomatoes (Italian style)
    1/2 large can tomato juice
    salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, etc. to suit your taste
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients until vegetables are nearly done. Add remaining ingredients and cook until done.
    When soup is done, if you feel it is too thin, put 3 cups of it in blender and puree; return to soup.
    This thickens it a bit.
