Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine other ingredients except cracker crumbs to make sauce.
    Combine with broccoli.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle top (amount depends on individual taste) with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    (This may be refrigerated or frozen before baking.)
    Serves 8.
