Pumpkin Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine
    dry ingredients.
    Beat butter with sugar;
    add eggs and
    pumpkin.
    Then add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen cupcakes or one cake.
